Wooden Step Ladder
This lot is a wooden step ladder with a flat top platform and a series of stepped treads. It is supported by splayed legs with diagonal cross-bracing, and metal fittings are visible at the upper section of the frame. The timber construction is plain and utilitarian, with the treads set into the side rails at regular intervals.
Condition and General Wear
The ladder shows clear signs of age and use, including weathering to the timber, worn treads and flaking remnants of paint across the frame. Surface marks and wear are consistent with long handling, and the overall finish is rustic in character. Buyers interested in unrestored, character-led pieces for garden, workshop or home display may find this item of appeal, particularly for its honest, well-used appearance.

Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
