Yamaha Natural Sound AM/FM Stereo Tuner T-700
This lot is a Yamaha Natural Sound AM/FM stereo tuner, model T-700, presented as a single hi-fi component. It is offered as a standalone unit for buyers interested in Yamaha audio equipment or stereo separates.
The T-700 is finished in black with a flat, low-profile rectangular chassis suited to a conventional hi-fi rack. The front panel carries the Yamaha and Natural Sound branding, the AM/FM Stereo Tuner designation and a central digital station frequency display. Below this are a row of function buttons, including those for power, tuning and mode selection, together with a bank of numbered preset buttons and a memory control. A mains lead is attached to the unit.
Condition and Collectability
The tuner shows general signs of handling, with light surface scuffing and marks visible across the top cover and front panel. The Yamaha lettering and front panel legends remain legible, and the original black finish and button layout are intact. Prospective buyers should inspect the unit in person and make their own assessment of its condition before bidding. As a Yamaha tuner with its original front panel layout, it may appeal to collectors of Japanese hi-fi from this period and to those looking to build or upgrade a stereo system.
