Condition

This mask shows signs of age and use, consistent with its likely history as a ceremonial object. There are areas of wear, surface imperfections, and possible repairs, which contribute to its character and authenticity. Despite these imperfections, the mask remains a compelling example of Yoruba artistry and would be of interest to collectors of African art, ethnographic objects, or those interested in the cultural heritage of the Yoruba people.
