Four 1920 Half Crown Coins
This lot comprises four British half crown coins, each dated 1920. These coins feature the portrait of King George V on the obverse, with the inscription “GEORGIUS V DEI GRA BRITT OMN REX”. The reverse displays a crowned emblem, typical of the coinage of the period. These coins represent a piece of British history and are examples of pre-decimal coinage.
Condition and Collectibility
These coins exhibit signs of circulation, with wear and some surface marks consistent with their age. While not in pristine condition, they retain their detail and are desirable to collectors of British coinage. The coins weigh approximately 56g in total, and their historical significance and silver content make them an interesting addition to any collection.

Items are sold on a “sold as seen” basis, electrical items etc are untested unless stated otherwise in the title of the items in question. We have a viewing day on Saturday 10am-3pm if you are unsure about an item from photos. Please be aware that as we are now VAT registered the buyers commission is now 17.5% plus VAT.
#### As of 1/10/2021 we will be implementing a 7 day collection rule – items must be collected within 7 days unless an agreement is arranged in the event of instances such as being away on holiday, medical reasons etc. Any lots that are not collected within 7 days will be liable to a storage charge of £1.20 per day.
