Compass Overview
This is a vintage pocket compass, displaying a classic design with a rotating bezel marked in degrees. The compass face features clear markings and a liquid-filled capsule, intended to dampen needle swing and provide a stable reading. The compass is constructed with a metal casing, suggesting durability and a traditional aesthetic.
Condition and Collectibility
This compass exhibits signs consistent with age and use. The casing shows wear, and the liquid within the capsule may exhibit clouding or sediment. Despite this, the compass retains its visual appeal and could be of interest to collectors of vintage navigation tools or those interested in antique scientific instruments.
